Itinerary :

Day 01 : Delhi Arrival

Arrive at the New Delhi International Airport, where an MHPL tour representative will receive you. After the warm welcome avail the transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen-up and make yourself comfortable. Later proceed for guided city tour. Encompassing the major allures of Delhi, get to explore the heritage, culture and charm of the capital city. Known as the city of cities, the past and the modern create a rare spectacle. Start the tour from Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi, The Father of the nation was cremated in 1948. Next, visit the Red Fort, built of red sandstone dating from the very peak of the Mughal power.The India Gate is the iconic national monument of India. The Rashtrapati Bhavan, the Presidential Palace and the Secretariat buildings. Marvel at the architecture, heritage and history. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 : Delhi – Jhansi – Orchha (Train Journey)

Board on Jhansi Train from Delhi Railway Station . By Reaching at Jhansi Railway St. MHPL Driver will take you to your hotel in Orchha town (20kms/30mins). Relax for some time and later proceed for Fort visit. It is located on island of Betwa river and was prominent building in Orchha. Here almost all the monuments & buildings are associated with Bundela dynasty. Orchha fort is also know as Jehangir fort, is erected in honor of Mughal Emperor Jahangir when he was on visit of Bundelkhand region. Fort is setup using both Muslim & Hindu building architecture. Here emperor Jahangir stayed for single night. Later visit riverside cenotaphs of Bundela Kings & royal family members and temples like Ram Raja Temple, Laxminarayan Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple etc. In evening you may visit local temple to attend evening arti and attend evening light & sound show at fort. Their are many heritage hotels in Orchha which were attractions in themselves. Overnight at hotel in Orchha.

Day 03 : Orchha – Khajuraho (Drive)

Begin the day with morning walk. Orchha is good for walk as it is less crowded and walking across the river gives you good feeling with fresh air. On crossing the Betwa river, we can visit Orchha wildlife sanctuary. You can enter into wildlife sanctuary and do nature photography and enjoy scenic view of Orchha cenotaphs across the Betwa river. It is the best view of Orchha. When water is sufficient, you can also do river rafting here. Later after breakfast, drive to Khajuraho. Belt from Orchha to Khajuraho is part of Bundelkhand region which is a dry region with less greenery and water sources with sandstone rocky region. On reaching Khajuraho, relax for sometime in hotel. In evening attend light & sound show and may do some shopping in local market.

Day 03 : Khajuraho – Varanasi (Flight)

On this day, after taking breakfast, we will proceed for temples sightseeing. Our visit will begin from Western Group of Temples. It is the large and most maintained group of temples and are declared as UNESCO World Heritage site. Here you may hire a manual guide or take audio guide service. One by one you will visit all the temples. All the temples are well maintained and photogenic. Among them Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Laxmana Temples have good collection of artistically sculptured images. During sightseeing you will find erotic images on outer wall and lower end of temples but not inside the temples. Later we will drive to Eastern group of temples in which few temples are their with impression of Jain religion. With this our sightseeing will complete. Later in afternoon drive to Khajuraho airport to take flight to Varanasi.

On reaching holy city Varanasi, drive to your hotel. It is also known by the names as Benaras and Kashi. It is believed to the most ancient city of World and holy place for Hindu religion followers. If time permits, we will go for evening boating in Ganges river to attend and photograph evening Ganga Arti. It the important event on Varanasi ghat. Overnight at hotel in Varanasi.

Day 04 : Varanasi

In this day we will do full day Varanasi sightseeing. Our day will begin with early morning boat ride to witness morning sunrise and capture the images. In addition to this, we will have chance to see people taking holy bath, performing their rituals, pooja (worship) etc. You may also take holy dip in river Ganges. Visit famous Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga Temple on Varanasi ghat. It is ancient and most popular active Varanasi temple. Here photography and leather items are not allowed. Now take breakfast at your hotel and resume your city tour. Visit other popular temples like Tulsi Manas Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple etc. In second half of the day, visit Ramnagar Fort from where the ruler of Kashi rules over this region. Royal family member are still lives their. If time permits, visit handloom industry of Benaras. Their products, especially Sarees, are popular in whole India and even abroad. Day 05 : Varanasi – Delhi  - Departure

This will be last day of given tour package. We will take afternoon flight for Delhi so till that visit Sarnath. It is a small holy township, about 10kms form Varanasi. It is a historic place where Lord Buddha gave its first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Here we will visit excavated site having Dhamek Stupa, Dharmarajika Stupa, Ashoka pillar, building bases etc. Also visit Sarnath museum. In addition to this their are many new Buddhist and Jain temples are their. In compare to Varanasi, it is more clean and maintained place. Later in afternoon, drive to Varanasi airport to take flight to Delhi for final Departure from India..
