Payment Schedule for Land Package Only. Customer have to pay package amount in three  instalments

You can pay by CHEQUE / DEMAND DRAFT in the name of 'Sampuran Yatra Pvt. Ltd'. The cheque / demand draft has to be deposited with any of the 'Sampuran Yatra Offices.. Once the payment is cleared, only then will confirmation be made and the documentation be released. The Cancellation Policy will apply if the payment is not cleared within the specified time. The cheque / demand draft has to be drawn in favor of "'Sampuran Yatra Pvt. Ltd'
Copy of PAN card / Form 60 if payment of Rs. 25000 or more is made in cash.c. Proof of Address by way of copies of Bills of utility services like Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or Ration Card etc.
Online, you can pay by CREDIT CARD and transact directly on the site www.sampuranyatra.com. If part payment has been made by credit card, the balance payment can be made by credit card, debit card, netbanking, cheque, demand draft or cash as the process listed under 'Book Online’
It is entirely your responsibility to hold and carry on tour valid and genuine travel documents such as permits, confirmed air / bus / train / tickets and other documents . The costs of processing the above travel documents are not included in your Tour Cost.
You will have to additionally pay for all the bank charges including charges relating to credit card / debit card / net banking / cheque / demand draft at the applicable rate in addition to the Tour Cost.
The Company reserves the right to decline your booking / s for any Tour or to cancel your booking without assigning any reason.
After receiving The payment our executive will call you for identify the adresss. Customer are requested to give proper & compete address again so that your booking voucher will reach at your permanent address.
At the time of booking date our representative will receive you from pick up station for next programme mentioned in your booking voucher.
The hotel confirmed will be as per the brochure or an alternate hotel of similar category.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Sampuran Yatra will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
Tour will be same as mentioned in your voucher. If customer want to change the programme please call our offices mentioned in voucher.
CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
If you wish to cancel your tour, you must intimate the Company as follows provided that such intimation should be given on a working day within working hours:

In case of third party products, such as Volvo holiday, bus and train tickets, 5 Star hotels, services during the trade fair period, festival periods, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges of INR 2,000/- per person Cancellation charges shall be subject to applicable tax. Service tax will be applicable on all cancellation charges. Hence, post deduction of cancellation charges with service tax, balance amount will be refunded.
